LIU Brooklyn has a fantastic new partner this season! Starting next weekend, Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts will be offering some of the city’s best entertainment at our very own Kumble Theater.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Known for her original and edgy interpretations of the classic jazz songbook, eight-time GRAMMY\u00ae nominee\u00a0Tierney Sutton has headlined at Carnegie Hall, The Hollywood Bowl, The Kennedy Center, and Jazz at Lincoln Center. She comes to Brooklyn\u2019s Kumble Theater with her 2017 GRAMMY\u00ae-nominated project,\u00a0The Sting Variations,\u00a0<\/em>giving fresh jazz interpretations to \u201cEvery Breath You Take,\u201d \u201cMessage in a Bottle,\u201d and other selections from the songbook of rock icon Sting.<\/p>\n
