º     111 Hicks Street — Brooklyn Heights Historic District — Application is to construct a rooftop addition, enlarge the existing bulkhead and vent stacks, and install railings.
º     372 Fulton Street — Interior Landmark, the former Gage & Tollner Restaurant — Application is to enlarge a non-historic, LPC approved (CNE 96-0843) front bar; install new, freestanding booth seating and bar area tables; and create new painted signage on the front window.
